 Great phone August 25, 2010

I purchased this phone set-up 2 years ago with 3 total phones. I wanted 2 more for remote areas. These phones are inexpensive and work just great as an addition to my existing system. They have every option you would want or need. I have no complaints about the phones and feel this is the best phone system I have ever owned. I have had no problems or issues with any of these phones.

Received the additional phone and was pleased that from all appearances it was new.
Packaged well and was a real bargain. Hard to believe it was a refurbishment.

This set of Panasonic cordless phones work fine. the sound quality is clear, buttons are easy to press, back-lit keys, voice caller-id, good talk time with a full charge, compact size. The two major problems I have with this series are:
1. Phone book limited to 50 entries. I fail to understand why, in today's day and age, the phonebook would be limited to only 50 entries. This is a major inconvenience.
2. The previous set that we had allowed you to transfer phonebook entries or the entire phone book from one handset to another. This was a convenient feature that saved time having to enter the phone book all over again in each handset. This particular model does NOT come with this feature! This is a very subtle issue that can be easily overlooked. I find it to be a major annoyance.

The handset connected easily with the base and provides excellent sound quality with the cell or land line features. The speaker phone is an excellent feature.
